During the operation a small incision is made on the scrotum and the two tubes in which sperms travel are cut and blocked.
You will still have a normal amount of ejaculate but it will contain no sperms.
The operation will not affect your ability of having sexual intercourse or your sexual desire. There is a small failure rate associated with the operation which is estimated to
be less then 1%. This is due to the fact that the tubes can sometimes spontaneously rejoin.
